In recent computer aided design lessons we have been looking at creating posters using indesign. Following on from an introduction to the computer programme, we had a go at further experimenting with format options e.g looking at texts and fonts, colours & layout, etc. This was something I quite enjoyed as it began to provide us with the skills nessecary to start making the computer work more our own, and being a lot more creative in doing so.
We first had a go at creating an example poster with filler text, and I played around with colouring, layers and fonts to help make an overally visually stimulating poster design. We then began utelizing these skills and techniques to create our own poster on a fashion designer of our choice - I enjoyed doing this as it was a way to present my research findings in a much more visual and exciting way! - Perhaps this is something I could implement into my sketchbook work to help with presentation, etc!
